During the license renewal a user entitlement authentication process will run automatically.

TECHNICAL NOTES related to renewing the MATLAB Campus-Wide license and some additional notes:

1. Individual licenses:

   Approximately one month before the annual renewal date (for MENDELU around mid-June), an automated process verifies whether a current user remains entitled to continue the individual license under the Campus-Wide agreement. After MATLAB starts, users may see a message about license expiration. The user must reactivate the license following the instructions available here: https://www.humusoft.cz/matlab/academia/campus/#faq

   Direct user questions to that page as appropriate.

2. Network installations:

   For network installations the administrator should update the license file on the license manager. This can be done at any time now or later when the expiration message appears. Instructions are here: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/102901
